A Journey of Faith and Service
Founded in 2017, the church was rebirthed by seven dedicated individuals united by their shared faith and commitment to making a difference in their community. From these humble beginnings, the church has become a dynamic community of believers devoted to living out god’s love through faith, service, and outreach.
OUR MISSION
At City of God, our mission is to transform lives and uplift our community through the power of God, the love of Jesus Christ, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We are a welcoming, non-judgmental church rooted in serving the inner city, where poverty resides, and hope is needed most. With open arms, we accept everyone, offering a sanctuary of love, faith, and compassion to all who seek it.

Kyle Earley
Pastor - COG Cleveland
Pastor Kyle Earley is a pillar of the Cleveland community, an influential strategist, pastor, and social entrepreneur whose leadership blends faith, mental-health advocacy, and hands-on service. With more than 15 years in community organizing, Earley has built coalitions across Ohio, mentored emerging leaders, and delivered practical solutions for people most impacted by stigma and injustice.
Stephanie Pope Earley
First Lady - COG Cleveland
First Lady Stephanie Pope-Earley was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and has faithfully served in ministry for many years. Her passion for God’s people began at a young age and grew stronger through her work in women’s jail ministry, where God revealed her true calling to serve and uplift others. Since 2018, she has been a devoted member of City of God Church, where she has served faithfully as First Lady alongside her husband, Pastor Kyle Earley.
